Some time ago I warned you that I would start writing about environmental sustainability and other issues that are more related to my day job. In between dealing with the PhD saga and attending conferences across Europe, I was given the opportunity to write a short piece for SIANI, the Swedish International Agricultural Network Initiative. Luckily, I had to write the piece in English
